How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping (2–3 days) is available at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on all orders over $50. Rates for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

How does the Rechargeable Bottle Warmer Pro work?

Charge before use, place your bottle inside, and press the button. Smart temperature control heats milk gently and evenly — no outlet needed.

How long does the battery last?

On a full charge, most warmers heat 3–5 bottles. We recommend charging overnight before travel days.

Are Nuvivi products safe for my baby?

Yes. All products are designed with baby safety as the top priority. Our warmers use controlled temperature technology, and materials are baby-safe and BPA-free where applicable.

What bottle sizes are compatible?

Our warmers work with most standard baby bottles. Check the individual product page for specific compatibility details.

Does the Cooling Stroller Pad fit my stroller?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email support@nuvivi.store with your order number to start a return.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

What if my item arrived damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
