Overview At nuvivi, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain items may be exempt from returns due to hygiene or safety reasons — this will be noted on the product page.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at support@nuvivi.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us at support@nuvivi.store within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items marked as final sale
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered
• Gift cards
